Any repairs submitted after 12th December will be inspected in the New Year.
Our last open day to the public will be 12th December. After this date, we will be closed to the public and working behind closed doors to complete repairs until 18th December.
We will return 10am on 5th January 2026!

I asked Philip to dispose of and wipe the hard drives of 3 of my older laptops. From the first contact to the execution of the task, Philip was very courteous and efficient. Upon completion, Philip issued certificates of the wiping of the hard drives. I’ll certainly return to him should I need any equipment to be serviced or repaired.

How much will it cost?
Our call-out fee includes the first hour of work on-site and is paid for upfront when booking below, online.
The call-out fee varies depending on your location:
- Medway Towns – £60 including the first hour.
- Gravesham – £70 including the first hour.
- Maidstone – £70 including the first hour.
- Swale – £70 including the first hour.
- Dartford – £70 including the first hour.
- Tonbridge and Malling – £70 including the first hour.
- Tunbridge Wells – £100 including the first hour.
- Sevenoaks – £100 including the first hour.
- Ashford – £100 including the first hour.
- Canterbury – £120 including the first hour.
- Dover – £120 including the first hour.
- Folkestone and Hythe – £120 including the first hour.
- Thanet – £120 including the first hour.
- East Sussex – £150 including the first hour.
- West Sussex – £200 including the first hour.
- Surrey – £200 including the first hour.
- Greater London – £225 including the first hour.
We then charge £60 per hour after that. Price includes repairing software issues, setting up computers & peripherals, diagnosing hardware problems and tuition. The price does not include any hardware parts or additional software that may be required.
How does it work?
- Book an appointment using the calendar below.
- Pay the call-out fee as shown above, which includes the first hour on-site (excluding any parts that might be needed for repairs).
- Most issues are repaired on-site within the first hour.
- If further repairs are required and we cannot repair on-site, we will need to transfer your machine to our dedicated workshop in Chatham Dockyard. You will be given an estimated repair time for this service. There will be no additional charges for time unless a hardware repair is required.
- Once repairs are completed, we will organise a suitable time to return your machine, set it back up in your home or office, demonstrate it working and or provide tuition.
